Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at caldwellmotors.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most orders received by 1pm CST will ship the same day. Special order items and items out of stock may not ship immediately. We will notify you after we receive your order to let you know when you can expect the item to ship. You may always cancel your order and receive a full refund if shipping delays are not acceptable to you.
We do not ship on weekends. If you would like to receive an expedited shipment for weekend delivery, please let us know and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

Freight Shipments
Some of our products require palletized shipment by freight. Orders received before 12pm CST can usually ship freight on the same day, provided we have it in stock, or it is in stock in one of our supplier warehouses.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our facility in Waco, Texas if the item is in stock. Additionally, our suppliers have warehouses throughout the USA and free same-day will-call pickup is available at the warehouses as well. Contact us if you'ld like to explore a local warehouse pickup for your product.
Shipping Delays
Carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx and others occasionally have delays in delivery due to inclement weather, the pandemic, major events and other reasons. Please understand that these delays are beyond our control. We will provide you with the tracking number but it is the buyer’s responsibility to followup with their local carrier office to resolve any delays due to the carrier.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Caldwell Electric is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Caldwell Electric is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will facilitate the claim process with the carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to facilitate with the claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
