Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects are honored by the manufacture's warranty policy.  We can facilitate with the warranty claim to the manufacturer.  Products may be evaluated by the manufacturer or by us per the manufacturer's instructions for warranty eligibility.  It is up to the manufacturer to accept the warranty claim.  If accepted, a replacement or refund will be issued at the manufacturer's discretion. 

General Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.  Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging.  Large items shipped by freight, special order items, and high value items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Most manufacturers will charge a restocking fee of 25% for larger items and high-value items. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after we have notified you of refund approval, let us know and we will investigate the issue.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is a warranty claim. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
