When will my order ship?
We normally ship same day for orders received by 1pm CST. Our suppliers have warehouses across the country and we can arrange drop-shipments from the nearest warehouse. Free same-day pickup at any of the warehouses is also available. Contact us for any special needs.
What if I need my item immediately?
There are several options depending on where the product is located and how large it is. It is best to always contact us to verify stock for any same-day or overnight needs.
- Small items up to 60 lbs that are in stock at our facility can ship overnight if the order is received by 2pm CST. Local pickup is also available.
- Small items up to 30 lbs that are in stock at our supplier's warehouse *may* be able to ship same day overnight if the order is received by 12pm CST. Local pickup at any supplier warehouse is also available.
- We can arrange Hot Shot Freight deliveries for larger items. Typically less than 500 miles can be delivered on the same day. Call us for a quote.
Can I Return my product?
Small items (non-freight) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition in original container. Larger items such as large motors and large VFDs are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, we honor all manufacturer's warranty policies and can facilitate with the warranty claim. Warranties vary by manufacturer and product. Most warranties are typically 18 to 36 months and are warranted against any failures due to manufacturing defects.
