Meggers and Growlers

Pallet of meggers and growlers. Meggers produce high voltage for testing insulation resistance, which we used primarily for testing motors and coils. All 3 meggers are working to the best of our knowledge. There are 10 growlers which are used to generate magnetic fields for testing rotor and armature coils. This includes two wand-type growlers which can be used to excite stator windings. There is a mix of working and non-working growlers.

The lot includes two AR high-voltage 5000 V meggers which are in good working condition. They can output AC or DC voltage and are useful for finding trouble-spots in motor windings.
