The WEG SSW900 is a state-of-the-art advanced soft starter for 3 phase motors of all sizes.  It features a text-readable HMI display and keypad,  and integral advanced motor protection.  The built-in bypass contactor extends the life of the soft starter and reduces heat dissipation in a panel by effectively removing the soft starter power semiconductors after the motor has reached operational speed.
